Nanny to Dadda: "Oh... just fiiiine!!!!"
then added...
"Oh.. he had a little accident today... he fell from the step while climbing on the slide and hit his head.. nothing to worry about..."
the Nanny finally added.. "...can you please sign here?"
Dadda: "Oh gggreat!" (somewhat unconvincingly.. probably thinking why on earth he spends all that money to have people look after me for if this is what he gets at the end of the week...)
