For the Easter break we decided to head out to Burgundy with Fabio & Clare, Andrea, Chiaretta (pregnant of Teo to the limit) and Maia.... a comfy 4 hours drive to reach this little gastronomic and wine region as we settled in a lovely hotel in the Aloxe-Corton vineyards.
Here was the view from our room!
We couldn't avoid a walk through the Grand Cru vineyards just footsteps away... for those that walked!
The places lives and breathes around barrels of wine...
... and immaculately manicured vineyards...
... and there were interesting little grottos to hide in on the way where Dadda and I could play...
while Mamma took care of my little vehicle!
... was getting a little tired as we climbed the hill so settled for the stroller eventually!!
It was well worth the view back on Aloxe-Corton from up the hill!
