Climpson and Sons

... it is the slowest cafe' in the world.. no question about that... but there is a nice feeling about this cafe down Broadway Market as often emphasised by the crowds of people queuing outside!

Not a single client to be seen other than ourselves at this time in the morning on a Sunday but still it took them a good 10 minutes to produce a caffelatte for Mamma and an espresso for Dadda!!  

I could even make them in a few seconds at home!!!

So let's have a look Mamma... what have you got in there!?

A croissant!!

Pretty yummy menu I must say.. Dadda really fancied the idea of the toasted brioche with the clotted cream and strawberries but appears to have a bit of a conscience call...

...so he decided to settle for the cherry tart instead while I gobbled up my croissant as usual!

... still quite nippy out there but a nice sun came out to warm us up throughout the morning...

Fin & Flounder

Saturday mornings at Fin & Flounder is a fascinating experience... they are lovely in there and I can touch the lobsters and crabs while Dadda gets his fish stock for the week... it's razor clams, squid and tiger king prawns this week!

...Dadda look!! The lobsters are still alive..  they are moving!!!

...that crab looks big.. I wonder what happens if I touch it!!

The Nursery @ St. Paul's

... sounds like we might be moving on at some point so thought we should capture a shot here in front of my second best home after home... my "nuffreeeeeeee"!!

... here we are at usual drop off at about 7.20am!

Getting used to it...

...I'm starting to get over the idea of Mammin not being around in the morning.. once again as she left at crack of dawn on her way to visit a carehome in Birmingham...

... quite enjoy going through morning routines and leaving home with Dadda on our way to the bus stop!

Come on Dadda.. it's 6.44am! We'll miss the bus to my nursery!!!

Man's Beddai!

... we were back at Man's house ("Man" is my name for Daniel) as it was his surprise birthday party!  I could sing the whole birthday song and knew all the words!!  I even helped Man blow off his candle!!

... Veen (Levin) and I then disappeared for a while to watch Winnie the Pooh in the sitting room!

...then came a bit of quality time with Bruno.. a cute little cotton ball that enjoys licking my fingers!!

...my favourite part of the evening though was playing in Veen's room and his fantastic train track!  Mamma knows I like playing with it at nursery too though Dadda is still resisting from buying me the bloody thing for some reason... 

... apparently I'll get one the moment we move to Zurich.. 

(assuming we are still moving....)

Dadda fubbol Manu....

Dadda was not around for some time this week... I kept telling Mamma that I thought it was because "Dadda fubbol Manu"...as he always seems to be leaving Mamma and I in the evenings geared up to flay football with the Italian gang in Notting Hill..

In reality Dadda spent 3 days in Zurich working on a plan that may well interest me and my own development in the coming months and years....

Later, as I sneaked into his affairs and looked into his phone camera album I found the following suspicious pictures...

... and on Thursday he was clearly far from Canary Wharf.. what the hell was he up to driving around the Zurichsee?  

.. and here he was having lunch with Pinocchio in Rapperswil without Mamma and me!!

Tabbu and Kle's new nest

Tabbu and Kle (Fabio and Clare) have just bought a spanking new home in Brentford and welcomed us today for a lovely roast lunch...

... Fabio appeared to struggle a little in the wine bottle opening procedures... clearly he doesn't practice as much as my Dadda!

...they sure have a lovely kitchen!! There is loads of space to play football and play with a car that the prior owners left behind!  What a waste!!

... the house is soo big they even have a giraffe that is taller than me!!  Apparently this one was born in the Dar Es Salaam airport when Tabbu and Kle travelled with Dadda and Mamma a few years ago!!

Kle' might not by the cuddliest of people out there but she always has a huggy to spare for me!!

... not to mention Tabbu who abuses of my good spirits to squeeze me, shove me around, tease me and cuddle me around the clock!

...and Leo also popped round in the afternoon for a group picture at the Prestijacopo-Puddifoot new estate!

Of course, the two uncles didn't waste time to bully me around while teaching me how to practice Italian style diving... perhaps in light of a future footballing career!

Pippo Inzaghi would be proud of me!!

The Mochi Sismondis in London Fields

Having the full Mochi Sismondis in the same place at the same time is a rarity.  With grandparents living in Italy and my uncle travelling like a nutter every week of the year... these opportunities are far and few between so better make the most of it and make sure I impress them so that perhaps they can come and see me again!

It's a while I hadn't been practicing on my scooter so after getting rid of the rusty bits we were well back on track as we started approaching the slopes...

..and couldn't miss on the tempation of playing tricks on the zio Leo!

Carehome hunting around the country with Mamma requires a lot of patience if like me you are confined to a tiny baby seat in the back of the car for hours of hours of painful driving and waiting....

Things start looking rosier though when killing time in parking lots with Dadda waiting for Mamma to come back out!!

Piano Lessons with Joyd

We stayed over at Joyd and Helene's place in York and they even had a piano!!!

So I didn't miss out on the opportunity to ask Joyd to teach me a few basic lessons on the black and white keyboard....
