Poco piu' di un anno fa eravamo di rientro dal mio primo Paliano Boom Festival e ancora in vena di festeggiamenti non riuscivo proprio a trattenermi dallo sbellicarmi dalle risate alle provocazioni della nonna!

I love my weekends in Hackney...

There is always so much to do, so many markets, people, parks and animals to be seen!!

... Mamma will dress my up nicely and get me going with a generous portion of milk...

...then we're off for a stroll in Victoria where I can continue mastering my knowledge in pigeons, ducks, geese and many other birds...  

... then a quick stop in Broadway Market for a cornetto is always welcome... the stylish scarf is obligatory apparently...

... and off we go to my favourite stop of all.. the Hackney City Farm where all my animal friends are waiting for me...  ducks, chicken, rabbits, two huuuuge pigs, sheep, cows and a donkey... I know all of them now and know exactly where to find each one.. even those cows lazying on the other side of the park!!

... then on the way home we'll stop for a quick nibble and pick up some fresh groceries at the London Fields Farmers' Market where I can play ball and play with other little children...

... and finally we get back home to play with all the rest of my animal kingdom!!  

Not sure what that big green one and some other odd looking animals are doing in my collection up here but "Veen"(short for Levin) tells me I'll get into them when I get a touch older...

Happy Birthday Mamma!

Today has been an unusual day... another very special one!  I woke up and was serviced with my usual bottle of milk and was transported to mamma and dadda's bed for our regular morning kuschel kuschel (cuddle).

Dadda jumped up from our bed and from the wardrobe he pulled out one enormous purple balloon and threw it towards mamma and me... then followed by a pink one, two further pink ones and then two more purple ones.... 6 enormous balloons all for me to play with i didn't realize I hardly touched my morning milk dose!!

Then dadda hands out a bag to mamma with a present and two envelopes... interesting stuff... colourful... what is going on?!  Dadda then sings a song that goes something like "Happy Birthday to you... Happy Birthday to you... Happy Birthday dear Mamma... Happy Birthday to you!!!"...

OK... I get it... today is Mamma's Birthday though if you ask me I have no idea what that means... Who cares I guess... I've got 6 new big balloons to kick around the bedroom and that will sort me out for a while...  wooooow!!!!

Then I come back home from nursery and mamma disappears for longer than usual to return all dressed up... I know now when something is cooking you know.. you are going out today aren't you mamma??

I didn't even have a chance to start putting up my usual drama act and Fabio turns up... yippppeeeeeeee!!! We played with my new ballooons and I scored a ton of goals and then we played with all my animal collection and then before I know it dadda swings rounds blows my a kiss and walks out again with mamma....

Where did they go?  What is this birthday thing?  Fabio... bring me to bed!!

Abbey Kuss

It's some weeks that mamma tells me you have a close friend in nursery.  Her name is Abbey and all the nannies say there is a real love affair going!!  They tell your mum that you are always chasing her and filling her up with loads of soft little kisses.... I gather you are far more keen on Abbey than the other way around but from the sounds of it you are not giving her much of a choice not to be invaded by your attentions... must be the italian genes I guess!!

Abbey has been absent from nursery in a few weeks but this morning as I dropped you off at 7.30am like usual Abbey was there entering nursery at the same time as us!! You were very excited!!!

Then mummy calls me at 17.10 having just picked you up and tells me that you were in despair... you didn't want to leave nursery today as you couldn't let go of Abbey and you wanted to go back inside to hug her and give her kisses again.  Mummy said you even shared your horse with her literally putting it into her palm and helping her wrap her fingers around it!!

I hope you grow up displaying the same charm and caring features of your mamma.

You fell asleep thinking of cows, horses, Lao, Abbo, mamma, milk, Maui and airplanes again and also had a thought for Abbey that I told you would see again after a good night sleep!

La festa dello Zio Abbo!!

Dadda e mamma preparano i bagagli e mi dicono che stasera andiamo a dormire dallo zio Leo visto che e' il compleanno di Fabio!

Non ho capito bene cos'e' sto "compleanno" e allora nel dubbio mi porto dietro il cavallo, la mucca e il pallone cosi' sto a posto!!

Brunch with Maui

... brunch in Patisserie Valerie before heading off to Harrods with Maui (Manu), Dadda and Mamma...

This guy makes me giggle.. he always smiles at me and always fills me with nice presents!!!  Even this shirt I am wearing was a present of Maui & Vale and it has a horse on in too!!

OK... this isn't my latest video but dadda appears to have stopped photographing me or taking videos of me real time now... so this is the closest reference to what I have to tell you all!!

The news of the day is that after having mastered how to eat them I have now figured out how to call this slurpy and yummy food for my little teeth .. 

apparently a "holy grail" of Italian cuisine and a dish that I love to bits each time mamma and dadda serve it to me...

Z for... Zooooooooo!

Ciao Ciao... (this week I actually learned to say this)... everyone!

Finally dadda and mamma took me to meet all my animal friends!!  I love the zoo!  Feels like this is my natural habitat... my nannies in nursery even say that I will own a farm or a zoo one day as I know all the animals and what how they all go... well at least for most of them!!!

Uncle Lao (Leo) and Abbo (Fabio) were there too as were Clare, Axel, Daniel, Kattrin and little Levin and Julian.  I had a world of a time and had the opportunity of taking a better look at ostriches (struzzi...), kangaroos, gorillas, tigers, lions, exotic birds, penguins, giraffes and zebras... even saw the odd camel and hippo!!

My favourite remain the horse, the ppppony and the iiii-aaaaa family though...  but the orangutans were friendly too....

I am little Roberto, hence Robertino.. but as you gathered my nickname is Tino! 

This is my blog which mamma and dadda will be looking after until I will be able to do so myself!!
